What Verification Involves

You’ll be asked to confirm: funding position (cash or mortgage/AIP) investment strategy and criteria solicitor details (if available) Verification is straightforward and handled discreetly.

What Happens After Verification

Once verified, you’ll: receive access to curated deal opportunities receive full investment deal packs be prioritised for off-market opportunities engage with a dedicated deal manager You will never be charged for access or browsing.

BMV Market operates a success-based model:

If a deal does not exchange, no fee is due.

How deals are assessed

How we assess, rank, and release investment opportunities

Each deal is assessed across four pillarsThe lowest-scoring pillar caps the overall deal score.

1. Entry Value (Discount to Market)

We assess how compelling the entry price is against genuine market value using sold comparables and conservative assumptions.

2. Returns

We assess the strength of rental yield or resale margin using realistic income and cost assumptions.

3. Complexity & Risk

We assess refurbishment scope, legal structure, planning/licensing exposure, and execution complexity.

4. Liquidity & Exitability

We assess how easily the property can be let, refinanced, or resold based on demand and buyer depth.

4. Deal Exchange Support. We remain involved through heads of terms and legals to drive exchange. We arrange for you to go and view the property. We believe it is important that you or your representative view the property you are about to purchase to make sure that it is the right fit. We ask that you make yourself available to view the property promptly as most of the vendors are looking for a quick sale and require speed and certainty.

5. Fee on Exchange. Buyer fees are payable only when exchange completes.
